Anton van der Westhuizen Hunter - Ron Lake Design Folder - Mother of Pearl
The Interframe folder has stood the test of time. Forty-four years later this patented design remains one of the most recognized knife forms, and two Lake Interframe folders are housed in the collections at the Smithsonian Museum.
Since childhood I had a love for guns and knives. All my pocket money was spend on corner cafe knives and none of them were good for throwing.
In 1990 I was introduced to a custom made folding knife, and from this date my first grinder was born.
Blessed with a talent to sculpture and having a deep imprinted love for this type of art form, I eventually found my passion several years ago in art knives.
Date of first knife made - 1990 and have been full time since.
My preferred style is Semi Art Folders and Art Daggers
