Delivery Policy 

When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms and conditions. This site is only applicaple to customers wanting delivery within the borders of South Africa (For orders in Namibia and other Southern African States please comunicate your requests to us by email to enable us to obtain freight, insurance and legal requirements to deliver the parcel to you outside South Africa's borders) and you must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase through this website.We will attempt to deliver the goods by road transport/courier 4 days after receipt of payment during normal working hours (Monday to Friday).Should we be unable to effect the delivery due to an out of stock situation, we reserve the right to inform you via e-mail:
a) To advise you of a possible future delivery date.
b) To refund you for the purchase.
The goods shall be delivered by Road Transport or Courier  to your "SHIP TO" physical address - to the address supplied. Risk to the goods shall pass to you upon such delivery taking place.Please note that all carriers/couries require immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to goods, and you should inspect the goods upon receipt to ensure that no damage has taken place during transit and report any loss or damage to the service provider at time of delivery. Failure to comply with this condition will exonerate the service provider of any further claim. 

Refunds/returns Policy 

Should you upon receipt of your order, wish to cancel the purchase, you would need to communicate this to us within 7 days after having received the goods.
1) If your motivation for cancellation is based upon fact that the goods were received in a damaged or defective condition, we will require for you to return the goods to us, and we in turn will either replace the said merchandise with new product or refund you in full including all transport costs incurred.
2) Should your decision to cancel the purchase be based upon the fact that the goods supplied to you do not meet with your expectations, not withstanding the fact that they have been received in good order, you would need to return the goods to us via pre paid insured post/courier. Upon receipt of the goods and provided they are returned unused in their original packing in perfect condition, we will refund as follows.The full amount of the cost of the goods only, less a 15%handling charge. The costs incurred in sending the goods to you will not be refunded. 

Payment Options 

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit. (provide a link with bank details)

We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
