Arno Bernard Snr has been a member of the Southern Africa Knifemakers' Guild since 1994.
Arno started out in 1977 and continues to personally design and ensure all his own custom knives have his signature classic craftsmanship with premium, exotic materials sourced locally and overseas, with all blades undergoing controlled heat treatment to ensure exceptional edge holding, hollow ground freehand to a thin high performance edge. Besides indigenous woods, Arno prefers to use natural handle material such as Mammoth Ivory, Mother of Pearl, Stabilized Giraffe Bone, Kudu Core and Warthog Tusk.
