The VAS QD buckle is designed to attach to webbing on Condor's VAS - Vanquish Armor System, in conjunction with the chest rig, over the front of the VAS plate carrier.
The buckle also attaches to MOLLE webbing, which allows for similar applications on standard set ups, rigs and are easy to replace.
