This ornamental shield features a triangular shape, handcrafted steel, pointed on the upper part and has a natural metal finish.

In the center is riveted a 24K Gold plated metal sheet depicting Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar, best known as El Cid, a Spanish hero of the Reconquista.

The frame is ornate with golden rivets and golden metal shaped sheets at the outer angles.
