A wide boning knife, designed for de-boning chicken or ham, trimming fat and sinew with precise control. Straight, stiff blade, ideal for filleting tougher meats, pork or beef that require a non-flexible blade.

Part of the ergonomically designed two-component, nonslip Fibrox Dual Grip Collection of slaughter and boning knives, designed to offer maximum control, with support for the hand and wrist, for smooth, effortless cutting. The Fibrox Dual Grip is made up of an inner Polypropylene (PP), offering strength, rigidity and hardness, and an exterior of Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), renowned for being robust. Suitable for sterilization and temperatures of up to 80 - 100 Degrees Celsius.
